The Continental Margins Working Group (CMWG) Workshop was held in Shanghai by SKLEC-NIVA Center, East China Normal University (ECNU), on Sep.20-21, 2018. It focused on the continental margins field, to discuss the dilemma and prospects of marginal sea’s research. Prof.
Marine Microplastics Monitoring and Ecological Risk Assessment Technology Research Project (2016YFC1402200), which is led by Prof. Li Daoji with SKLEC. Officially launched in January this year, the project has been included into the national key R&D plan.
This is the summary of the sample standard happening.
During February 21-27, 2016, more than ten scientists from SKLEC attended the Ocean Sciences Meeting held in New Orleans, USA.The Ocean Sciences Meeting is the highest international congress in the field of ocean sciences organized by the American Geophysical Union. The meeting is held once every two years. More than 4000 people participated in it this year.
In December 2014,Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA) signed the Memorandum of Understanding with East China Normal University (ECNU).
Theobjective of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to facilitate cooperation between NIVA and ECNU for the purpose of promoting scientific collaborations in estuarine, coastal and marine sciences.
During October 24-26, 2016, the Workshop on Ocean Acidification Research in China was held in SKLEC-NIVA Centre for Marine and Coastal Research, State Key Laboratory of Estuarine and Coastal Research (SKLEC), East China Normal University, Shanghai.
